Belong to...what?

Belong to a community of people seeking deeper relationships with each other and with God.

Belong to a community that worships together with a sense of mystery and wonder.

Belong to a community of people that invites questioning and encourages exploration of diverse responses.

Belong to a parish that is part of the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago and the world wide Anglican Communion.

Belong to a community where you are part of the answer.
Become...what?

Become who you are created to be.

Become who you are created to be in a place where no one will tell you who you should be.

Become a person seeking spiritual connection through fellowship, worship and service.

Become a member of a church that considers one another family.

Become a member of the Body of Christ.
Looking for a Spiritual Home?

At St. Edward and Christ all are welcome: seekers, doubters, life-long Christians, and those who got fed up with the church and left it, but now have a sense that something is missing in their lives.
Here you will find an inclusive, inviting, and child-friendly community.  Questions and inquiry are encouraged. The current members are politically liberal and conservative, young and retired, life-long Episcopalians and raised in other traditions. Here you will find adults who are married and partnered, divorced and single, remarried and widowed. All are welcome at the Lord's Table to receive Holy Communion.
Whether you visit us on the web, attend worship, or join the church, you bless us with your interest, your prayers, and your presence.
